Reimbursement Concepts, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Linda Payne, a health care industry veteran and highly recognized professional in the field of home infusion, and specialty pharmacy reimbursement. Before setting out on her own, Linda had held senior management positions in many of the nation’s leading homecare companies. Soon her consulting in the Infusion/DME market turned into outsourcing and consulting and the company began to grow rapidly.
Originally based in West Virginia, RCI opened a satellite office in the Phoenix, AZ area in 2010 to more easily serve clients nationwide. Today the company is led by a dedicated of seasoned industry veterans who lead a staff of 100+ in helping health care agencies across the country build more efficient, smarter solutions to their reimbursement challenges.
At Reimbursement Concepts, our mission is to be the foremost provider of revenue cycle services and consulting for home infusion, DME/HME, home health and hospice reimbursement.
